Jimi guitar strap, Jackson glove offered by NY co. (AP)

NEW YORK – A strap from the guitar Jimi Hendrix burned on stage at the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival is being offered by a New York City auctioneer alongside memorabilia from Michael Jackson and Kurt Cobain.

The online Gotta Have It! Rock & Roll Auction runs Wednesday through July 22.

Gotta Have It! Collectibles Inc. says the seller of the Hendrix guitar strap is the audience member who caught it at the three-day rock concert in Monterey, Calif.

The auction also includes a guitar smashed by Nirvana lead singer Cobain in 1993, the year before he died. There's a glove worn by Jackson at a 1997 concert in London. And there's a dress worn by Katy Perry in her video for "I Kissed a Girl."

The late King of Pop's glove is being sold by his friend and publicist Steve Manning.

Michelle Williams offered good witch role in 'Oz' (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Disney may have found the final piece of its triumvirate of witches for its "Oz" movie: Michelle Williams.

Williams has been offered the role of Glinda, the good witch, in "Oz: The Great and Powerful," Disney's prequel-ish take on The Wizard of Oz tale that stars James Franco and Mila Kunis and is being directed by Sam Raimi.

Kunis is on board as Theadora, a witch who falls for Franco. Rachel Weisz is in talk to play sister Evanora, the evil witch who wants to rule the land and tries to seduce Theadora to the dark side; Weisz's dealmaking is complicated due to her having an offer to star opposite Jeremy Renner in Universal's new "Bourne" movie, and shooting schedules would overlap.

If a deal makes for Williams, she would play a powerful witch who teams up with Franco to defeat Evanora (and maybe Theadora, but we're not revealing spoilers).

"Oz" centers on Franco as a snake oil salesman who finds himself dealing with real magic when his balloon carries him into a fabled land and he runs into genuine witches.

Britney offered 100m for Vegas gig?

That’s right, there are talks of Brit doing a set of shows in Vegas after a source told The Mirror that bosses were impressed with her Palms Casino Resort performance and want to get her on board.

Her long awaited comeback has had Britney Spears fans all a flutter and there are talks that she’s been offered a $100 million contract to perform!

It should be a happier return to Vegas than that Ross and Rachel stint she pulled back in 2004.

She’d be following in the famous footsteps of fellow Vegas performers Elton John and Cher, so she’s got a lot to live up to!

All this talk about money got the heat office talking, what would you buy if you had $100 million dollars?

We’ve put together a little list to show you just what Brit could do with the money..

Buy 5 trips to the international space station33 solid gold Iphones58 of the most expensive car in the world (Bugatti Veyron)Buy everyone in the UK a maccy d’s cheeseburgerBuy 8 of the world’s most expensive wedding dresses (You know, for her and her mates)

Britney’s been voted the sexiest woman in the world, gained popularity for her catchy tunes and original fashion sense including that school uniform and those Slave 4 U leather pants. She even tried out the Sinead O’Connor do’...but she was on her own with that one. Hopefully she’ll prove that she can still put on a show, and with that massive budget Brit you don’t have any excuses!
