Will Taylor Armstrong Return To 'Real Housewives'?

Following her tumultuous year, will Taylor Armstrong return for another season of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"?

The reality star stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Thursday, where she chatted with Billy Bush and Kit Hoover about her future in front of the cameras.

"We're gonna see. We haven't been picked up for a third season, so were gonna see how the year plays out," Taylor said when asked if she would return to the hit Bravo series.

Taylor explained that the suicide of husband Russell Armstrong, whom she was divorcing at the time of his death, is something she still deals with every day.

"I spend sleepless nights trying to figure it all out," she said. "I haven't been able to put all the pieces together, but I think there were some bigger things at play... I'm gonna talk about a lot of it later."

"On the show?" Billy asked.

"No, just in life," she continued, adding that her emotions surrounding the tragic situation can come up at any time. "Sometimes I'm just curling my hair and I start to ball. It just comes out of nowhere. I'm just keeping myself busy to avoid feeling a lot of it... Sometimes you just break down and cry."

Taylor, who told Billy and Kit that daughter Kennedy is her "focus" at the moment, said dating is not on her radar.

"I'm not ready, I just need to focus on me and Kennedy and my friends," she explained. "I'm just trying to get strong as a woman."

Two funerals planned for "Housewives" star Russell Armstrong (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) – Russell Armstrong, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" husband found dead by suicide Monday, will receive two funeral services -- one in Los Angeles and one in Texas, his attorney confirms to TheWrap.

The plan for dual services follows a bitter dispute between Armstrong's family, who wished for the reality-TV personality to be buried in Texas, and his widow, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Taylor Armstrong. Friday night, attorney Ronald Richards told TheWrap that Taylor had divulged the funeral plans to a relative of her estranged husband at 4:30 p.m. -- after Richards publicly said she was not sharing the funeral plans with his family.

Armstrong's family grew increasingly angry as they waited for word on the service, Richards said.

"His sister specifically said Taylor can go to hell," Richards told TheWrap. "They're past the mad point."

According to Richards, it's not yet certain if Armstrong's family will attend the Los Angeles funeral.

"The remains will be given by myself or to his nephew or mother to be flown back to Texas," he told TheWrap. "If his mother or nephew attend the L.A. service, they will take them back. If they don't, I have agreed to return them to Texas."

Armstrong, a venture capitalist, was found dead in a Mulholland Drive residence Monday night. The Los Angeles County Coroner determined that his death was a suicide by hanging. He was 47.

Armstrong, who had been separated from his wife since July and had been experiencing financial and legal difficulties, was reportedly concerned about how he would be portrayed in the upcoming season of the series. His mother, John Ann Hotchkiss, told HLN earlier this week that her son had told her before his death, "Mom, they're just going to crucify me this season. I don't know what to do. I'll never survive it.'"

Bravo has confirmed that it is re-editing segments from the upcoming season of the series -- which was slated to premiere September 5 -- in the wake of Armstrong's suicide.

Bravo to edit `Housewives' after Armstrong death (AP)

LOS ANGELES – Bravo plans to re-edit "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" after the death this week of the husband of one of the housewives.

"We have not made a decision to change our original premiere date but we are in the process of re-editing the show," said network president Frances Berwick.

The second season of the reality show that follows the lavish lifestyles of six women in Beverly Hills, Calif., is set to premiere Sept. 5.

Russell Armstrong, the estranged husband of TV housewife Taylor Armstrong, was found dead Monday of hanging. No suicide note was found.

The couple's marital troubles were a central storyline of the first season of the show and that was set to continue for season two. A copy of the season-premiere episode filmed months ago and provided to press last week showed Taylor Armstrong crying and sharing with the other housewives that she and her husband were going to counseling. She was also shown shopping for lingerie to help spice up the marriage.

Taylor Armstrong filed for divorce on July 15. Russell Armstrong had yet to respond to her petition.

Berwick did not specify how the show would change.

"Real Housewives" to be tweaked after Armstrong suicide (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Reality show "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is being re-edited following the suicide of Russell Armstrong, a Bravo cable channel source said on Friday, in an indication that the network plans to go ahead with the second season.

No decision has yet been made about whether the drama-filled show will premiere as planned on September 5, but the source said the process of re-editing has begun.

Bravo declined to say which parts of the show -- filmed earlier in the summer -- were being tweaked. But they are likely to involve appearances by Russell Armstrong, whose crumbling marriage to "Housewives" star Taylor Armstrong was expected to be a dominant theme of the upcoming season.

The 47 year-old venture capitalist was found hung by an electrical cord on Monday a month after his wife filed for divorce citing verbal and physical abuse.

Russell Taylor was also facing huge financial problems and his mother said this week that her son feared the new season was going to "crucify" him.

The original second season opener shown to TV journalists had Taylor Armstrong talking about being in marriage counseling and shopping for sexy underwear in a bid to improve their relationship.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" features the lives of six wealthy women and is one of the most popular of the drama-filled "Real Housewives" franchises.

Armstrong's suicide stunned Hollywood, and claims by friends and family members that his suicide was prompted partly by the pressure of being on the show have only attracted more interest in the new season.

Advertisers stand by Armstrong after CBS doping report (Reuters)

NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) – A day after a "60 Minutes" report claimed that Lance Armstrong took performance-enhancing drugs, Nike has released a statement supporting the cyclist.

"Our relationship with Lance remains as strong as ever," the company told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement. "We are proud to work with him and support his foundation. Nike does not condone the use of banned substances and Lance has been unwavering on that position as well."

A representative for Anheuser-Busch told THR that Armstrong will continue to be a spokesperson for Michelob Ultra.

"Lance has performed as an extraordinary athlete in a demanding sport, making him admired by millions who lead active lifestyles. That was our opinion when we signed him and that is our opinion today," the company says in a statement.

At least three of Armstrong's ex-teammates claimed the cyclist used PEDs. Tyler Hamilton, Armstrong's fellow cyclist for the first three of his seven Tour de France victories, said he even witnessed Armstrong inject the blood-boosting drug EPO.

"You saw Lance Armstrong inject EPO?" correspondent Scott Pelley asked Hamilton, to which he replied, "Yeah, like we all did, like I did many, many times."

Armstrong has long denied doping charges. He has posted a statement on his publicist's Web site, facts4lance.com. He accused the CBS News report of being "replete with broken promises, false assurances and selective reliance on witnesses upon whom no reputable journalist would rely."
