Jennifer Aniston is the subject of yet another pregnancy rumor. This time according to Us Weekly.
Splashed across the magazine's most recent cover, the headlines read "Jen's Big Secret" and "After years of trying, she's finally going to be a mom at 44."

NEW YORK – In her new film, "Horrible Bosses," Jennifer Aniston's character is one you haven't seen her play before. She's a dentist who sexually harasses her assistant, complete with lewd dialogue, revealing outfits and outlandish advances.
She's the latest actress to take on a raunchy role usually reserved for men, following the recent trail of trash talk from Cameron Diaz in "Bad Teacher" and the cast of "Bridesmaids."
Better known for playing sweeter characters in romantic comedies, Aniston acknowledges that her "Bosses" role is a "departure," but she says she couldn't resist sinking her "teeth into something this juicy." "The minute it showed up at my door and I read her first scene I was dying to do it," the actress said in a recent interview to promote the film, which opens Friday.
Aniston also admits, however, that when it came time to do the character, she wondered what she had gotten herself into.
"The truth is when you get there you go, `Oh God, now I have to do this like in front of people,'" she said.
Aniston refers to one scene where she's trying to blackmail her assistant (Charlie Day) into having an affair with her using photos she took of him while he was unconscious.
"It's like, you think it's so hysterical and great," she explains, "but then comes the day when you actually have to straddle sweet Charlie Day with his pants down and it's just that day, you're like, `Oh God. I choose to do this, right?' Yes."
The 42-year-old actress declined to comment on her reported relationship with Justin Theroux, her co-star in the upcoming film "Wanderlust" and someone she's been seen with around New York City.
She does concede she's spending more time in Manhattan these days, amid media reports she just purchased a West Village apartment. But while she loves being in New York, Aniston says she hasn't abandoned her home base in Los Angeles. Instead, she says she'll "be bopping back and forth" for now.
As for reports that she "stole" Theroux from his girlfriend, Aniston says she just blocks out that sort of press as much as she can. "You turn it off. You can't listen to it. It's toxic. It's noise. It's soap opera stories. It's headlines. It's selling magazines," she says.
Aniston says while such news coverage is "part of our culture, unfortunately," she doesn't understand it. "People don't like good news. People want bad news sometimes."
Los Angeles – Summer is in full swing in Hollywood, which made it simple for Jennifer Aniston to get dressed for the premiere of her raunchy new comedy "Horrible Bosses." The actress slipped into a glittery little black minidress and a pair of strappy black sandals, and she was good to go on Thursday, June 30, off to Grauman's Chinese Theatre along with her new boyfriend, actor Justin Theroux.
But Theroux avoided the red carpet frenzy and slipped in a side door, as Aniston joined "Horrible Bosses" director Seth Gordon and her gang of co-stars on the extra-long walk into the theater. There are so many popular actors in "Horrible Bosses" who came out for the party, including Jamie Foxx, Jason Bateman, Julie Bowen, Jason Sudeikis, Isaiah Mustafa, Lindsay Sloane, Ioan Gruffudd and Charlie Day, that it took longer than usual for the photos and interviews to finish up.
Aniston, who plays a foul-mouthed, sexually inappropriate dentist, and a very bad boss in the film, loved getting the chance to change things up, starting with her look and finishing with a very bad attitude.
"I knew I wanted her to look different. I wanted her to have dark hair," Aniston told reporters at an earlier press conference. But that idea didn't go over very well with the executives at New Line Cinema, who wanted her to keep that signature hair of hers, despite the fact that she plays a despicable person, a character that is nothing like the Aniston audiences usually see on screen.
"We had this wonderful period of time that we called 'Hairgate,' because the studio was refusing, they did not want me to wear the dark wig, like, 'Nobody will know who you are!' I'm like, 'What do you mean? They'll know who I am because of my name in the credits, I hope.' I said, 'There's just no way I can be saying these words and playing this woman and not look somewhat different.'" Obviously, Aniston's star power won out, and she's a dark brunette in the movie.
Other comedy fans on hand for the premiere were Aniston's best girlfriend Chelsea Handler, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jenna Elfman and Alyssa Milano.
