Desiree Hartsock didn't win the love of Sean Lowe on "The Bachelor," but she's getting a second shot at televised matchmaking this summer as the newest "Bachelorette." She dropped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to face off against Jimmy Kimmel and his very strong feelings about the franchise.
Kimmel asked her if she would have said yes had Lowe proposed to her.
“Probably," Desiree said. "I don’t know.”
“What goes on with this show?! It’s like a vortex of crazy that happens," Kimmel mused. Desiree insisted that they are real feelings and emotions, but Kimmel responded, "Yeah, it really isn’t though. It couldn’t be less real.”
Desiree also addressed the infamous episode where Sean met her brother, and her brother wasn't very nice to 'The Bachelor." Desiree was eliminated after that, but everyone insists her it wasn't because of her brother's intimidation techniques. And Desiree says she doesn't blame her brother. Maybe he'll be on hand to glare down all the new bachelors as they arrive in the premiere.
Find out when the new season of "The Bachelorette" premieres Monday, May 27 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. "Jimmy Kimmel Live" airs every weeknight at 11:35 p.m. ET on ABC.
