Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" is a success.

LONDON, June 2 (Reuters) - American R&B singer Robin Thicke has scored his first number one in the British singles charts with "Blurred Lines", which became the fastest selling single of 2013, the Official Charts Company said on Sunday.

The song, which features hip hop artists T.I. and Pharrell Williams, sold 190,000 copies during its first week on sale, knocking British rapper Naughty Boy's dance track "La La La", featuring London singer Sam Smith, into number two.

"It is an honour and a pleasure to be number one in the UK. It's something I've always dreamed of," Thicke told the Official Charts Company.

In the albums chart, French electronic music duo Daft Punk retained the top spot with "Random Access Memories", which had shot straight to number one last week, while veteran Rod Stewart held on at number two with "Time".

The duo in the shiny helmets, who were at the forefront of electronic dance music in the 1990s, have scored an international success with "Random Access Memories" after a tantalising online promotional campaign ahead of release.

Jon Cryer says he doesn't have Charlie Sheen's phone number (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) – In his first joint interview with new "Two and a Half Men" costar Ashton Kutcher and the returning Angus T. Jones, Jon Cryer says he doesn't even have Charlie Sheen's phone number anymore.

"I have not heard from him," Cryer told TV Guide Magazine. "I don't even have his number. He still has mine."

Sheen famously called Cryer "a traitor" and "a troll" during the media blitz that preceded his firing in May. He later apologized to Cryer in public statements -- but apparently not in person.

Kutcher joins the show, which returns September 19, as Internet billionaire Walden Schmidt. Cryer's character becomes something of a mentor to him after a bad breakup -- and the death of Sheen's character, Charlie Harper.

In the interview, Kutcher said he was on a fishing trip with his father in Idaho when he got the call to meet about joining the show. CBS Entertainment president Nina Tassler suggested Kutcher after negotiations with Hugh Grant fell through.

"I was completely convinced that we needed a fortysomething costar who would be a peer to Jon," executive producer Chuck Lorre told the magazine. "It was obvious my assumption was wrong. ... Here was a guy with great comedy instincts, tons of experience and who is totally fearless. Taking the job proves that."

"Book of Mormon" is number 3 on album chart (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Billboard) – The original Broadway cast recording of "The Book of Mormon" comes roaring in at No. 3 on the Billboard 200.

It re-enters with 61,000 sold (up 2,116%) following the show's nine Tony Award wins, including best musical, on June 12. It's the highest-charting Broadway cast album-and first top 10-since 1969, when "Hair" spent 13 straight weeks at No. 1.

"Mormon" (Ghostlight Records, distributed by Sony) also owns the largest sales week for any cast album since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking data in 1991.

The previous best sales week for a cast set belonged to the original London cast recording of "Phantom of the Opera" (Highlights), which sold 54,000 during Christmas week of 1992.

The set's eye-popping sales were bolstered by Amazon MP3's multi-day sale-pricing of the digital album. The retailer offered it at $1.99 for three days during the sales tracking week that ended on June 12. Amazon MP3 tweeted and promoted the set almost daily from midnight on Thursday through Sunday evening. The theatrical production's Twitter account (@bookofmormonbwy) tweeted about the deal 10 times during the tracking week as well.

Additionally, Amazon ran a TV commercial during the Tony telecast, touting its $1.99 deal. In turn, of the album's 61,000 haul, downloads account for 85% of the total. Executives at Ghostlight and Sony didn't respond to requests for comment on the Amazon MP3 deal, though sources say Ghostlight worked with Amazon by giving it a pricing discount to help its promotion of the set.

Amazon's "Mormon" deal follows its controversial move to sell Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" for 99 cents on two days during its release week. The difference here is that Gaga's label (Interscope) and distributor (Universal Music) quickly distanced themselves from the deal and said the retailer acted alone in its decision to sell and promote the set for such a low price.

"Mormon"-with music and lyrics by "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone and "Avenue Q" co-writer Robert Lopez-opened March 24 at Broadway's Eugene O'Neill Theater. Ads touting the cast album have been running during "South Park" episodes on Comedy Central, while Parker and Stone have promoted the show on NBC's "Today" and "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart."

The musical's nine Tony wins included best direction, featured actress (Nikki M. James) and score.

Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott Expecting Baby Number Three

It's another baby for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott!

The actress tweeted the great news. "I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me... Its official...Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!"

This will be the third child for the couple and the fourth for McDermott. Tori and Dean also have 4-year-old Liam and 2-year-old Stella. (Dean has a 12-year-old son from a previous relationship.)

Spelling and McDermott wed in 2006.
