Brandi Glanville, Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife and mother of his two kids, avoided jail time in her DUI case by pleading no contest in a Beverly Hills court on Friday, RadarOnline.com reported. Glanville pleaded no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher.
The former model was sentenced to 36 months probation and has to pay a $390 fine and complete a three-month alcohol program. By agreeing to the plea deal, she avoided up to six months in prison.
Glanville was pulled over by police in Beverly Hills last October and after alcohol was smelled, she was arrested for DUI.
"She was driving on Sunset and was stopped by police," a police spokesperson told RadarOnline at the time. "She failed her sobriety test and was arrested."
Cibrian filed for divorce from Glanville in 2009 when it was discovered he and country singer LeAnn Rimes were having an affair. The couple had been married eight years.
