George Lopez Compares Kirstie Alley to a Pig
Lopez launched an attack on the 'DWTS' star's fuller figure on 'Lopez Tonight,' saying of her first performance, "She did a nice job, her little hooves tapping away."
While Alley declared on Twitter, "lost 60 lbs before DWTS... Haven't weighed in three weeks but sure I've lost over 10 more," Lopez kept the barbs about her weight coming.
"Before the show, she went to the market and then she had roast beef," said Lopez, alluding to a line from the classic nursery rhyme 'This Little Piggy.' Lopez followed this up with a commercial featuring an animated pig, saying, in case the joke wasn't clear enough, that it looked like Alley.
Despite the jabs, the actress has remained in good spirits, telling her Twitter followers, "You are all saying such sweet and complementary things to me... Thank u all so much.. I feel like Cinderella tonight."
Check out Kirstie's performance on 'DWTS.'

Lady Gaga Releases Country Version of 'Born This Way'
Gaga made the unexpected announcement via Twitter, writing, "Surprise Monsters!: 'Born This Way' (The Country Road Version) will be released on Twitter tomorrow at 12am PST/3am EST 3/25."
The original version of the song, which was released in February, was an immediate hit, though Gaga has come under fire for its similarities to Madonna's 1989 hit 'Express Yourself.'
Gaga debuted her first live performance of the song at this year's Grammys, where she was carried down the red carpet in an egg, only to "hatch" on stage for her performance.
What do you think of the country version of 'Born This Way'? Listen below!

George Lopez Apologizes to Kirstie Alley on Twitter
Following Alley's debut on 'Dancing With the Stars,' Lopez compared the actress's routine to a pig with "little hooves tapping away." Lopez followed up his insensitive comment by joking, "Before the show, she went to the market and then she had roast beef," and playing a video of a pig in a car, alleging that it was Alley.
While Alley seemed unfazed by Lopez's nasty remarks, her fans rallied in support of the actress and her dancing skills and slammed Lopez for his malicious behavior.
It seems that Lopez took the message to heart. Yesterday, the comedian apologized to the actress via Twitter, writing, "I misjudged the joke. No malice was intended and I apologize to Kirstie."
Despite his contrition, it doesn't seem that Alley is willing to let Lopez's bad behavior slide.
The actress took to Twitter yesterday to impart some wisdom to her offended fans, writing, "Don't worry about George's comments...just remember what happens to the big bad, drunk woolf (sic)...falls in a boiling pot of vodka.Piggy laughs."
But the former 'Cheers' star wasn't finished. The actress followed up her initial tweet by responding to Lopez directly, making fun of the comedian for accepting a kidney from his wife and later divorcing her. Alley wrote:

Bobbi Kristina Brown in Talks for Own Reality Show
Hot on the heels of a highly publicized cocaine scandal, an unverified Twitter account reportedly belonging to the 18-year-old shared the news with followers.
"PS EVERYONE ! Guess what ?! _ we are currently in the process of meetings about starting my very OWN! RealityShow!!" Bobbi Kristina wrote.
No stranger to small screen stardom, the teenager appeared on her father's 2005 reality show 'Being Bobby Brown' on Bravo. The short-lived series only ran for one season due to a deadly combination of low ratings and Houston filing for a legal separation from Brown in 2006.
A DVD of the controversial series, which is credited with popularizing the phrase "Hell to the no," was slated for release in 2008 but never materialized as Houston did not consent to the show's distribution on DVD.
Judging from her stream of tweets, Bobbi Kristina's experience on 'Being Bobby Brown' hasn't discouraged her from pursuing a career as a reality television star.
Excited to reveal her life to the world, she continued, "The world needs 2know me 4who I REALLY am_ U all will get 2see my everyday living_ walk with me thro startin my career. . EVERYTHING."
"I would only want to do this reality show so THEWORLD can know me for me. The GodFearing_Young classy_outgoing_silly_ REAL women iAm," she wrote.

Charlie Sheen Calls Denise Richards a 'Kidnapper' and 'Dog Thief'
Any good will that existed between Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards may be gone.
The troubled actor tweeted insults about Richards earlier this morning.

'Don't Be a Drag Just be a Queen' Because Lady Gaga, You Were Born This Day
Gaga isn't one to shy away from some special treatment on her big day. She reminded her fans of her birthday by tweeting, "I'll be 25 in about 4 hrs!" She followed her countdown with the tweet, "Drawing on table at restaurant. If I had to give it all back, but got to keep my fans, that'd be ok." The drawing? Hearts surrounding a special message: "Happy Birthday Me."
On the brink of her birthday, Gaga proved that she still has a few tricks up her sleeve when she released a country version of her new hit anthem, 'Born This Way.' If this track is any indication, we'll all be in for a world of surprise when Gaga's new album drops this spring.

Time's Twitter 101: Who Should You Follow?
We weren't surprised to see the likes of Justin Bieber, Ashton Kutcher and Lady Gaga listed for their sheer number of followers (they all boast more than 6 million), but leave Charlie Sheen off the list and prepare to suffer the consequences of the maniacal warlock.
And although he's holding on tight at the end of the list, Neil Patrick Harris is one to follow in Time's book and in ours. We're excited to see what kind of humor being a new dad brings to the actor, but we have a feeling he'll keep our Twitter eyes entertained whether he's writing about diapers or ... magic. "Harry Houdini was born on this day, 137 years ago. When using handcuffs or other restraints tonight, please do so in his honor," Harris tweeted recently.
One celeb we didn't expect to see on the list was Alyssa Milano. But the actress does have more than 1.4 million followers who loyally retweet her random assortment of solar system and mommy-to-be fun facts.
As for our sharp-tongued brothers and sisters, get ready to click "Follow" on Chelsea Handler, Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert. This lady and these gents know how to keep the funny ball rolling, and they do it oh so well in 140 characters or less.
But aside from Charlie Sheen, who else was snubbed by Time's 'Best' list? Kim Kardashian is a Twitter giant -- she may not be the most eloquent of twits, but the girl has almost 7 million followers and gets paid the big bucks for simply tweeting what she's having for lunch, if said lunch happens to be at Carl's Jr., of course.
Another snub? Russell Brand. Now that he's married to one of the world's biggest pop stars, Katy Perry, Brand has had more Twitter ammo than ever, but was sadly left off Time's list. "When I was 'fun and fearless' I spent a lot of time smoking crack and getting arrested. Where was Cosmo then?" he recently tweeted about his Cosmo Magazine award for Fun Fearless Male.
So log on, start following and get your twit wit on.Filed under: Celebrity Twitter - Kim Kardashian - Justin Bieber - Lady Gaga - Top News Tags: celebrity twitter

'Scared' Denise Richards Ups Security After Charlie Sheen's 'Vile' Attack
"Denise and her girls live a simple life," an insider tells me. "She wants Sam and Lola to have normal lives, but after the recent threats and verbal attacks, she has increased her security. When you are dealing with a mad man, it's better to be safe than sorry."
We became aware of the most recent attacks from Charlie via Twitter, when he called Denise a "traitor and loser whore" and accused her of stealing his dogs. Friends of the pair tell me the hate isn't new, however -- it's been going on for months.
"How Denise has managed to keep all this secret for so long is a miracle," a friend of the former couple tells me. "If Charlie is willing to put those evil tweets out in public, you can only imagine what he has called Denise in private."
All of this started after Denise refused to allow Charlie to use their daughters as a photo opportunity in a TV interview he set up after his two sons with Brooke Mueller were removed from his custody last month. Since then, he has been on the attack, and it doesn't look like it will end any time soon.
"Denise has learned how to deal with the name calling, but once you start tweeting pictures of yourself with knives and saying you wished someone would die it's a totally different game," the pal says. "Denise is no longer angry -- she's scared."

Michael Lohan Debuts New Girlfriend on Twitter
Lohan posted a few pictures to his Twitter account of his new girlfriend, a woman named Bernadette.
In one of the photos, Lohan, 50, is seen locking lips with the young brunette and the tweet reads, "U r amazing."
Lohan talked to RadarOnline.com about his new girlfriend. "Bernadette is a nurse who I met at the beach in Florida. I'm here with her now, but after I get back to Los Angeles, she's coming up to New York with me."
He added, "We've been together day and night, every day."
Last week, Lohan was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after his ex-girlfriend Kate Major filed a report with the sheriff's department claiming the couple got into an argument that turned physical.
As a result, the Los Angeles district attorney filed a misdemeanor charge of "inflicting injury on a Cohabitant" against him.
Radar reports that Lohan even took a dig at Major when he spoke to them about his new girlfriend. "Bernadette is the total opposite of Kate: She is smart, doesn't drink or smoke and is in great shape. Finally a down to earth person who hates tabloids!"
Earlier this week, Lohan's ex-wife, Dina Lohan, revealed to PopEater's own Rob Shuter that Lindsay Lohan was planning to drop the Lohan from her name and just go by Lindsay. She also said, "Me and

Elizabeth Banks Has a Baby Boy via Surrogate
Banks and husband Max Handelman welcomed son Felix via gestational surrogate. The 'Zack and Miri Make a Porno' actress turned to her blog to talk more about her new baby boy.
"I have been very fortunate in life both professionally and personally. I have had untold number of opportunities to work with inspiring people, on great projects as an actress, and I have had a fantastic long term relationship of nearly 20 years with my now husband, Max," Banks wrote.
She also revealed her struggles with fertility. "The one true hurdle I've faced in life is that I have a broken belly. After years of trying to get pregnant, exploring the range of fertility treatments, all unsuccessful, our journey led us to gestational surrogacy: we make a 'baby cake' and bake it in another woman's 'oven'," she said.
"From that came two miracles. The first was meeting our carrier and her husband who were truly humbling in their decency and generosity," she said of her surrogate.
Finally, she revealed the special meaning behind her son's name. "The second miracle was the birth of our baby boy, Felix Handelman. Felix means 'happy' and 'lucky' in Latin. And true to his name, Felix is a very happy baby and a blessing on our life," she wrote.

Elizabeth Taylor's Movies: 10 That Made Her a Legend
If you fit into either of those categories, though, that's a shame. Because for those who came of age in the '50s and '60s, Elizabeth Taylor was one of Hollywood's most luminous talents, one whose beauty dazzled moviegoers and who had the dramatic skills to match. Wanna talk about clout? Her diva-like behavior on the set of 1963's 'Cleopatra' postponed that epic production and nearly bankrupted 20th Century Fox.
But frankly, we wouldn't have cared about any of that had she not had the beauty and the talent to begin with. So ultimately it's what she left on the screen that matters. So here are 10 of Elizabeth Taylor's best movies -- 10 good reasons to clinch her place as a show business immortal.
10. 'Father of the Bride' (1950)
At the tender age of 17, Taylor had already grown into a world-class beauty. Though it was nominally Spencer Tracy's movie, Liz's role of Kay Banks provided the catalyst as daddy's little girl, whose engagement sets the whole film in motion and breaks his heart in the process.
9. 'Little Women' (1949)
In this sentimental version of Louisa May Alcott's timeless tale (a remake of the 1933 version starring Katharine Hepburn and Joan Bennett), Taylor played the exuberant optimist Amy, one of four sisters approaching womanhood at different rates while their father is off fighting the Civil War. Another significant step on Liz's road to greatness.
8. 'Raintree County' (1957)
As Southern belle Susanna Drake, Taylor comes off better than anything else in this more or less standard Old South epic. Playing a loud lady with traces of hereditary madness did, however, earn Taylor her first Oscar nod for Best Actress, even though she lost out to Joanne Woodward.
7. 'National Velvet' (1944)
This wholesome charmer provided Taylor with her first major breakthrough. Only 12 years old at the time, Taylor played Velvet Brown, a horse-crazy girl who trains a wild stallion to run in England's Grand National, and exhibited a precocious gift for drama and a visceral sense of emotion. This promised great things, and fans didn't have to wait long for that promise to be fulfilled.
6. 'The Taming of the Shrew' (1967)
This was one of 11 films she made with Richard Burton and certainly the most artsy (that Shakespeare fellow turned out to be a pretty good screenwriter). Taylor was reportedly petrified to tackle the Bard on film, especially opposite her Shakespearean-trained spouse. She worried over nothing -- Taylor acquits herself admirably with her smoldering intensity as Katharina. Whether on or off screen, Liz and Dick never failed to create sparks together.
5. 'Suddenly, Last Summer' (1957)
You wouldn't expect anything light when Tennessee Williams is writing the story and Gore Vidal is doing the screen adaptation. And you'd be right. Taylor stars as Catherine Holly, a young girl who witnesses the death of her cousin Sebastian on vacation and goes to pieces. Enter Katharine Hepburn as her imperious aunt, who seeks to have Catherine lobotomized to cover up the truth about Sebastian being (shhhhh, it's 1959) gay. Another Oscar nod for Liz -- and for Kate, too. (Awkward!)
4. 'A Place in the Sun' (1951)
Boy, for a decade that's become synonymous with America's "happy days," the '50s sure turned out some dark movies, none more so than this tragic tale of moral bankruptcy and unfettered lust. Taylor's lifelong friend Montgomery Clift plays George Eastman, who falls for Taylor's glamorous society girl Angela Vickers. But being a louse at heart, he manages to impregnate a good girl (Shelley Winters), and later stand by idly as he watches her drown. As the irresistible Angela, Taylor is the elusive dream girl who makes him abandon all he knows to be good and true. A malignant story, but beautifully acted nevertheless.
3. 'Butterfield 8' (1960)
Taylor hated this melodramatic film (privately calling it "Butterball Four") and only did it to escape her MGM contract so she could jump to 20th Century Fox for 'Cleopatra.' But her near-fatal bout with pneumonia and a well-publicized tracheotomy generated enough sympathy to earn Taylor her first Best Actress Oscar. Taylor plays Gloria Wandrous, a disillusioned prostitute who's involved with a married man and trying to outrun the ghosts of an unhappy childhood. Taylor parlayed her success into a then eye-popping $1,000,000 for 'Cleopatra.' But climbing to the summit of Hollywood turned out to be a Pyrrhic victory -- it was on that film she met Burton, after which her personal life began to generate more ink than her dramatic gifts.
2. 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' (1958)
Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman: hard to imagine a better-looking screen pairing, isn't it? But that's just a distraction; this riveting film of Tennessee Williams' classic play shows Taylor in her full dramatic glory. As Maggie Pollitt, the frustrated wife of Newman's alcoholic ex-football star, she's alternately flirtatious, angry and desperate, showing all at once why her acting skills were as beguiling as her looks.
1. 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?' (1966)
The gloves come off in Mike Nichols' harrowing film version of Edward Albee's play about a drunken university professor and his equally drunken wife as they "entertain" another young couple for a deeply confrontational social engagement. Taylor and Burton play Martha and George, a boozy, frustrated couple trapped in a codependency that seems to devour both them and anyone else who's unfortunate enough to wander into their orbit. Need we say it? Worst date movie ever.

Barry Manilow Heartbroken at Pal Elizabeth Taylor's Death: 'Sad Day for Me'
"She was the last great movie star and one of my closest friends," Barry tells me. "This is a sad day for me."
Not many people got to be so close to greatness like Barry did, but what he remembers most is her warmness and huge laugh that filled rooms.
"What I'll always remember about Elizabeth was her laugh," he says. "She would walk in looking like a princess, and out of her mouth would come this cackling laugh that would crack all of us up."
Dame Elizabeth called Barry her hero for jumping in when she needed him most -- remember in 1986, most celebrities were hesitant to get involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS -- and never forgot that her dear friend was always a phone call away.
He went on to perform alongside other huge stars in Liz's 1992 telethon, 'In a New Light: A Call to Action in the War Against AIDS,' and he was the master of ceremonies at her 60th birthday party at Disneyland.

Elizabeth Taylor: A Stylish Life
Film legend Elizabeth Taylor had as much impact off the silver screen as she did on. Her glitzy personal style featured curve-hugging gowns and diamonds galore, a look that sealed her steamy sex-symbol image and kept the handsome leading men lined up.
The actress herself best summed up the look: "Enough is never enough," she said of her love of glittering glamour.
Taylor's style made waves in her day, but the ripple effect is still being felt, as her sartorial sense has rubbed off on a new generation of starlets happy to crib the iconic actress's smoldering appeal. Modern day style apprentices include Kim Kardashian, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few.
But while they might reference her look, not many Hollywood starlets can claim the style icon status that Elizabeth Taylor did in her lifetime.
Here, a gallery of the actress's personal fashion evolution.

Reynolds also shared her thoughts on the screen legend on the 'The Joy Behar Show.' "She was the most glamorous and sexual star of our generation," Reynolds, 78, told the host. "No could equal Elizabeth's beauty... Women liked her and men adored her, I know because my husband left for her."

Debbie Reynolds Forgave Elizabeth Taylor on a Boat
When Debbie Reynolds reflects on her friend and former foe Elizabeth Taylor, her words are often brushed with bittersweet strokes. Speaking a day after the film icon's death, Reynolds calls Taylor "the most glamorous star of our generation" and notes that "women liked her and men adored her, including my husband." As the story goes, back in 1959 Reynolds' husband Eddie Fisher fell under Taylor's intoxicating spell and left her and their two young kids. To make matters worse, it was all done in full view of the public.
"She went through her younger years of just obtaining what she wanted," Reynolds tells PopEater. "Later in life she became a little more aware of other people's feelings."
Reynolds tells us about forgiving her old friend, working with Taylor in her final starring role in 2001 and how she feels Jane Russell was given the short shrift when she died earlier this month.
Tell me how you forgave Elizabeth.
It was after many years. I'd remarried and she'd remarried. I was going to London on the Queen Elizabeth ship and I looked up and I saw tons of luggage going by me and birdcages and dog cages and nurses and I realized Elizabeth was on the same ship as me. I almost changed my mind about going but my husband said, 'Don't be silly, we won't be on the same floor. Of course we were so I sent a note to her room and she sent a note back to mine saying that we should have dinner and get this over with and have a good time. Because we were very good friends when we were 17 and went to school together on the MGM lot. And we had a wonderful evening with a lot of laughs.

Elizabeth Taylor's Dark Secret About James Dean Revealed
According to The Daily Beast, writer Kevin Sessums interviewed Taylor for a cover story for POZ, an American magazine dedicated to AIDS activism. It was then the actress reportedly let him in on a secret about Dean, a close friend of hers.
"I loved Jimmy. I'm going to tell you something, but it's off the record until I die. OK? When Jimmy was 11 and his mother passed away, he began to be molested by his minister," she revealed to Sessums, who was sworn to secrecy.
"I think that haunted him the rest of his life. In fact, I know it did," she said of her friend. "We talked about it a lot. During 'Giant' we'd stay up nights and talk and talk, and that was one of the things he confessed to me."
Taylor and Dean starred together in 1956's 'Giant,' a film in which Dean earned his second posthumous Best Actor Academy Award nomination. The actor was killed in a car accident in 1955 at the age of 24.
Taylor died Wednesday of congestive heart failure at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she had been hospitalized for the past six weeks.

The Fight Begins Over Elizabeth Taylor's Fortune
I'm told her last wish was for her lucrative jewelry collection, valued at a staggering $150 million in 2002, to be auctioned off and the proceeds given to the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and amfAR.
"Elizabeth also made arrangements to split the rest of her fortune between her four children and other charities that she cared so much about," a close friend of the star's tells me. "But what is causing all the problems is not the money she made during her life, but rather what should happen to the millions she is going to make after her death."
Beauty product giant Elizabeth Arden has already announced they'll continue selling Liz's still-popular fragrances -- they made $77 million last year alone -- and there are countless other opportunities, like film re-releases and merchandising that the estate could profit greatly from.
"The one thing she didn't do was understand that, much like Elvis and Michael Jackson, she might be worth more in death," my source says. "This is what has already started to cause friction between family, business managers and the many charities that meant so much to Elizabeth."
The two-time Oscar winner has been worth a lot of money for decades. In 1996, when she divorced her last husband, Larry Fortensky, documents showed her net worth was $608.4 million. The New York Post reported that during the 1990s, Taylor earned about $2 per second, or about $63 million per year. Her perfume, White Diamonds, has never stopped selling.
"Elizabeth was a great actress, but she was also a great businesswoman," a Hollywood insider tells me.

Christie's to Auction Elizabeth Taylor's Staggering Jewelry Collection
While Christie's is refusing to confirm the report and no date has been announced, the mag reports the auction house will disperse the collection valued at more than $150 million.
Taylor speculated before her death that one day her private collection -- said to rival that of some royal households -- would be "scattered around the four corners of the world."
The 79-year-old Academy Award winning actress, who died from congestive heart failure on March 23, had worked with the auction house in the past.
In 2002, Taylor allowed Christie's to host a public exhibition of her jewels, including the famed 33-carat Krupp diamond, the La Preregina Pearl by Cartier and the heart-shaped Taj Mahal diamond. That exhibition benefited her signature charity, The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.
Featuring colored stones such as suites of rubies, rare pearls and diamonds as famous as the actress herself, Taylor's collection is expected to attract great interest to the auction. Interest will surely pique if the sell-off includes pieces such as the Krupp diamond, gifted by her fourth and fifth husband, the late actor Richard Burton.
The actress behind the best-selling White Diamonds fragrance line was said to still wear the Krupp to events as pedestrian as matinee movies, accessorized with jeans, diamond bracelets and an Ed Hardy baseball cap.
Taylor's friend, jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, described the actress's attachment and appreciation to her storied collection: "She

Though his role in 1951's 'Strangers on a Train' is by far his most memorable, Granger was no stranger to other parts. He made his debut in Hitchcock's 'Rope' in 1948, Nicholas Ray's 'They Ride by Night' in 1949 and Luchino Visconti's Italian drama 'Senso' in 1954.
He also starred in 1955's 'The Naked Street' and 'The Girl on the Red Velvet Swing' in 1955 but then focused more on theater and television roles.
The actor penned a candid memoir, 'Include Me Out: My Life From Goldwyn to Broadway' in 2008, chronicling his time as a leading man in Hollywood during the 1950s, as well as many of his close personal relationships.
According to his book, he had romantic relationships with both men and women, including Ava Gardner, Patricia Neal, Leonard Bernstein and Arthur Laurents. He began a relationship with soap opera producer Robert Calhoun in 1963, however, and stayed with him until Calhoun's death three years ago.
Watch Granger in the 'Strangers on a Train' trailer below.

Colin Farrell Explains Friendship With Liz Taylor
"How did we become friends? You know, the old story of boy meets girl, and boy pesters girl with too many phone calls at inappropriate hours of the night," Farrell said of his friendship with Taylor, who passed away last week at age 79. "I was just lucky enough to become her friend in the last year and a half," he said. "I adore her... still."
The admiration was mutual, as Taylor mentioned him in an interview with Kim Kardashian for the March issue of Harper's Bazaar. "I love Johnny Depp, and I love Colin Farrell -- both brilliant, nuanced actors with great range."
Farrell was asked to read the poem 'The Leaden Echo and the Golden Echo' at Taylor's funeral -- a request made by the actress before her death, which was passed along to Farrell.
"Elizabeth chose it. It was a tricky poem as well," Farrell said. "Even in passing she had me under the thumb, sweating bricks."
"I just miss her; I just miss her; I just miss her," he said of his late friend.

But worry not heatworld, for her new role, Kim has been able relax her diet and enjoy calories again. Yay! The actress has been filming Meet Monica Velour, where she plays a has-been porn star, washed up and living in a trailer.View the Original article

The 9 O'Clock News - Britney Spears is being sued for ten million dollars
Poor Britney, just as she is getting her stuff together again bam, something else comes up. She is has been hit with a £10m lawsuit from former business partners Brand Sense because they claim she tried to cut them out of a business deal over her Radiance fragrance. Yes, ten million dollars over a perfume.
The suit is pretty amusing to read. "Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense."
We love Britney but the idea of her being sneaky just seems so weird. Sneaky? Are we talking about the same Britney Spears?
Radiance is Britney’s ninth perfume, we had no idea she had so many out. Can you name the other eight?
Perhaps she should release a new one to help pay off her legal fees, she could call it Sneaky or Deception
